Upon returning to Florida during the COVID 19 Pandemic to be closer to family, Nazeem started biking for both her mental and physical health. Recognizing the benefits of biking both mentally and physically, Nazeem started a non-profit to help with the literacy and obesity crisis in America called the Books to Bikes Community program.

In conjunction with being a Speech Pathologist, Nazeem started volunteering with the Little Lighthouse Foundation and became chapter leader at the Chapman Partnership Story hour in 2025. She enjoys everything active from biking, running, martial arts, dancing, pilates and most outdoor activities. She also loves reading because her Grandmother was a Librarian.

Her goal is to encourage children to spend more time outside and less screen time to improve their mental and physical health.

Her favorite quote is "The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams." Eleanor Roosevelt.
