Maison Yoga Brings Healing, Movement, and Community to Downtown Miami

Maison Yoga is bringing a community-focused approach to wellness in Downtown Miami, combining yoga, recovery, and mindfulness in a studio founded by Estelle and Benjamin. Located at 247 SE 1st Street, the wellness studio offers heated and non-heated yoga, Pilates Sculpt, breathwork, private sessions, workshops, and one of Miami's few in-studio cold plunge experiences.

The studio was inspired by Estelle's vision of creating the kind of sanctuary she wished she had found when she first arrived in Miami. Designed to encourage people to slow down, reconnect, and find balance, Maison Yoga emphasizes community alongside movement and recovery. The space was created to make wellness feel personal rather than transactional, with an emphasis on how people feel when they enter and return.

For Estelle, the studio's mission is deeply personal. A certified yoga instructor, she found strength and healing through yoga while navigating entrepreneurship and her journey with breast cancer. Benjamin, a HYROX athlete, complements that perspective with a focus on performance, recovery, and resilience. Together, they have developed a wellness space that aims to make holistic health approachable for a wide range of visitors.

Giving back is also central to the studio's mission. A portion of Maison Yoga's revenue supports breast cancer organizations, while complimentary monthly workshops provide education, resources, and community for women affected by cancer. The founders hope the space becomes a place where people return not only for classes, but also for connection and support.

Maison Yoga is located directly across the street from Café Bastille, the founders' sister concept, where guests can enjoy smoothies, matcha, coffee, and all-day brunch before or after class.
