We’re thrilled to announce that Chef Wei Chen’s Omawei is officially open at The Bath Club in Miami. Omawei is a roving and exploratory dining concept offering an intimate omakase journey that celebrates the finest ingredients with precision and creativity.
Specializing in Edomae-style sushi, Chef Wei Chen fuses tradition with innovation, presenting seasonal, 16-course menus that embody both artistry and excellence. The experience unfolds in an exclusive 10-seat setting within Miami’s historic Bath Club—a landmark private beach and social club dating back to the 1920s. For the first time, the club will welcome the public to dine at Omawei.
