Luxury Arrives on Florida’s Gulf Coast with New Four Seasons in Naples

A short two-hour drive across Alligator Alley from Miami, a new standard in Gulf Coast hospitality is arriving this fall. Reservations are now open for Naples Beach Club, A Four Seasons Resort, which officially debuts in October 2025. This much-anticipated luxury property marks the Four Seasons brand’s first resort on Florida’s Gulf Coast, situated on 1,000 feet of white sand in the heart of Old Naples.

Built on the historic site of the former Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club, the resort is part of a 125-acre development that includes luxury condominiums, a new Tom Fazio-designed golf course (opening in 2026), and a community-focused Market Square. The development is backed by BDT & MSD Partners and The Athens Group, with Discovery Land Company joining the project for its first venture in the region.
The resort will offer 220 guest rooms and suites, along with 153 branded residences. Amenities include five unique restaurants, including a beachfront spot and a signature dining experience led by two-time James Beard Award winner Gavin Kaysen. Guests can also enjoy a 30,000-square-foot spa, racquet sports, and waterfront activities, including exclusive access to a Hinckley Picnic Boat for sunset cruises.
General Manager Diego Angarita says the resort will serve as both a destination for travelers and a social hub for locals. “Our team is ready to welcome guests and create memorable experiences rooted in Naples’ timeless charm,” he said.
