North Development just announced that Ludlow Coffee Supply, the iconic Lower East Side brand, will open at Domus Brickell Park, its new 12-story residential project redefining the way people live and stay in the heart of Brickell.
Set to open in the beginning of 2026, this collaboration reinforces Miami’s growing identity as the “Sixth Borough.” Known for its laid-back energy, great coffee and community-focused atmosphere, Ludlow will bring its signature vibe south with its expansive coffee menu, casual all-day dining and evening cocktails.
This marks another exciting milestone for Ludlow’s growing South Florida presence (with Fort Lauderdale to open later this year) and reflects North Development’s approach to creating lifestyle-driven spaces that blur the lines between hospitality, design and everyday living.
North Development has proudly announced the addition of Ludlow Coffee Supply, the iconic coffee brand born on Manhattan’s Lower East Side, to Domus Brickell Park, part of the firm's distinctive Domus FLATS model. Rising 12 stories, this development will introduce 171 fully-furnished residences that combine modern living with hotel-level services and move-in-ready residences. This partnership underscores North Development’s commitment to curating community-driven spaces that blend lifestyle, hospitality, and design, bringing together a beloved New York brand with Miami’s vibrant, international energy.

Guests can expect baristas trained in both craft and hospitality and a flexible space that shifts from daytime café to evening lounge for pop-ups, DJ sets and community-led events. Opening in Phase One with a classic coffee shop experience similar to its first Brickell outpost located in the iconic 801 Brickell building, the venue will expand in Phase Two to offer a full-service menu featuring breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktails.
