Lucid Gravity SUV & Lucid Air Sedan Named to Car and Driver’s Prestigious '10Best' for 2026

Shoppers and EV enthusiasts visiting Lucid Studio Brickell City Center or Lucid Studio Miami Worldcenter are now seeing vehicles that have just earned one of the automotive world’s highest distinctions. Lucid Group, Inc. announced that both the Lucid Gravity SUV and the Lucid Air sedan have been named to Car and Driver’s prestigious 10Best lists for 2026, reinforcing the brand’s momentum as a leader in luxury electric mobility.
The announcement, made last months ago, highlights a significant achievement for the California-based automaker. Each year, Car and Driver editors evaluate more than 100 vehicles through extensive real-world testing, scoring them on value, mission fulfillment, and overall driving experience. For 2026, Lucid Gravity and Lucid Air stand out as the only fully electric vehicles to earn spots on their respective 10Best lists—an acknowledgment of Lucid’s engineering depth and innovation.
The Lucid Gravity secured a place on the 10Best Trucks & SUVs list in its first year of eligibility. Offered in Grand Touring and Touring trims, the all-electric SUV blends spaciousness, performance, and efficiency. It delivers up to an EPA-estimated 450 miles of range, peak charging power of 400 kW, and the ability to add up to 200 miles of range in less than 11 minutes.
With advanced air suspension, agile handling, and seating for up to seven adults, the Gravity is designed to meet the demands of families and adventure seekers alike. The new Gravity Touring trim starts at $79,900 and offers 560 horsepower with an EPA-estimated range of up to 337 miles, with select configurations available for immediate delivery.
The Lucid Air Pure continued its award-winning run, earning a spot on the 10Best Cars list for the third consecutive year. Starting at $70,900, the Air Pure is recognized for its elegant design, engaging performance, and proprietary EV technology that enables an EPA-estimated range of up to 420 miles. The sedan has become a benchmark for combining luxury, efficiency, and driving excitement in the electric vehicle segment.
