Lovvett: A New App That Reduces Food Waste, Offering Big Savings to Consumers in South Florida

Lovvett, a new app that’s all about saving money and helping the environment, recently launched in Miami. Lovvett was founded with a mission to reduce food waste and contribute to more sustainable communities ensuring conscious consumption. More than a business, Lovvett was conceived by a passion to help heal the planet.

Started by Rafael Garrido and Monica Guzman, the app’s goal and the purpose of the app is to reduce food waste, turn surplus food into more revenue for businesses, offer consumers great food for less, all while contributing to build more sustainable communities.

Lovvett enables South Floridians to order and enjoy great food at heavily discounted prices and restaurant partners are benefiting from getting an additional revenue stream for food items that might otherwise go to waste while contributing to more sustainable communities ensuring conscious consumption.

For diners looking or big savings, the app has partnered with some of Miami's best restaurants, including Cilantro 27 and C Food Shack at the Lincoln Eatery food hall, Sullivan Street Bakery, Clutch Burger, MIAM Wynwood, Mr. Baguette and many more.
