"Love | War," the First Concert in a Landmark 20th Anniversary Season
To open its 20th Anniversary Season, Seraphic Fire explores the juxtaposition and intersection of love and war. A perfectly blended 13-voice choir, conducted by Patrick Dupre Quigley, will serenade patrons alongside a string quartet and harpsichord. This elegantly constructed program strikes the perfect balance, featuring celebrated classics like Monteverdi's madrigals and weaving in exciting, contemporary compositions, including a special Seraphic Fire-commissioned work, Tu Paz Mia.
