Lobster Tuesdays Launches at Marion



Brickell's favorite chic dining destination Marion, by Mr. Hospitality Miami, launches Lobster Tuesdays starting Tuesday, March 16, from 7 p.m. until midnight, and will continue the weekly seafood love affair every Tuesday thereafter. Lobster lovers will get to delight in the delicate sweetness and savory richness of their favorite shellfish thanks to an elevated dining menu crafted by Executive Chef Gustavo Vertone, who expertly fuses American flavors with a touch of Asian flair. Guests can groove to the sounds of DJ Hushmoney who sets the vibe every week, while they taste their way through the entire Lobster Tuesdays menu.


An extravagant and lavish evening filled with decadent and indulgent cuisine, Lobster Tuesdays at Marion showcases exciting new menu features including crave-worthy starters ranging in price from $9-$25, such as the Crispy Lobster Tempura, featuring Maine lobster fried in tempura batter and served with ponzu butter, spicy aioli and lime; Lobster Dynamite, spicy lobster meat served on crispy rice; Imperial Lobster Cocktail, steamed lobster with brown butter and lime; and the New England Style Lobster Roll, lobster bathed in brown butter with mayo, celery, chives, served on a roll with a side of house-made potato chips.


Guests can also savor delectable entrées, ranging from $16-$145, exclusive to Lobster Tuesdays and an incredible deal for lobster enthusiasts, 2-4-1 Grilled Lobster Tails, featuring two large lobster tails for the price of one smothered in a buttery garlic herb sauce and cooked over a charcoal grill; Lobster Mac and Cheese, tender chunks of lobster baked together in a rich and savory four-cheese sauce; and the Kobe & Lobster Sushi Roll, A5 Kobe beef, asparagus tempura, and Russian Osetra Karat Caviar. End the night on a sweet note with Marion’s delicately layered Strawberry Shortcake ($9), served with old-fashioned vanilla rum ice cream.


Guests can sip as they savor on perfectly paired sakes and wines specially selected by the sommelier, an amazing selection of champagnes available by the glass as well as new tantalizing hand-crafted specialty cocktails debuting on Lobster Tuesdays, such as the Le Bellini ($12) with ripe, white peach stirred into crisp prosecco for a refreshing, citrus experience second to none in Miami. A selection of the sake and wine pairings include the Von Winning “Winnings” Riesling (Pfalz, Germany) paired with the Lobster Dynamite; Dassai 39 Junmai Daiginjo sake paired with the Kobe and Lobster Sushi Roll; Newton “Unfiltered” Chardonnay (Napa Valley) paired with the New England Style Lobster Roll, and the Seguinot-Bordet, Chablis (Burgundy, France) paired with the Imperial Lobster Cocktail.


In addition to the appetizing new Lobster Tuesdays menu, guests can also enjoy signature dishes from Marion’s main menu including succulent favorites ranging from $13-$49, such as the Black Truffle Pizzetta, made with ricotta, fontina and mozzarella cheeses and topped with shaved black truffle; Imperial Wagyu Beef Sliders, two sliders topped with caramelized onions, aged manchego cheese and quail egg; Crispy Rice Spicy Tuna with sesame and micro cilantro; Marion Toro Toro with fatty tuna, scallions, and smoked soy; and Teppanyaki Bone Marrow Ribeye with truffle sauce and spring onions paired with a side of Crispy Brussels Sprouts smothered in white miso, smoked bacon and crispy shallots.


Diners looking to elevate their night out can also partake in the Chef’s Recommendation Omakase, where Chef Veritone chooses from daily market ingredients to create a one-of-a-kind multi-course celebration showcasing unique flavors, with three levels of experience including the Signature ($78), Premium ($98), and Ultimate ($175) omakase.


Marion welcomes guests into a sophisticated and glamorous escape with its beautifully remodeled luxurious dining room infused with rich warm tones as well as accents of gold and emerald green. Anchoring the alluring and upscale lounge are marble mirrored columns, plush velvet banquettes and an elevated VIP section while vintage photographs and gold mirrors adorn the walls. Outside, Marion’s luscious green terrace evokes a secret garden atmosphere ideal for al fresco dining under the stars.
