The Broward Performing Arts Foundation has announced that Lexus is now the Official Automotive Partner of the Broward Center for the Performing Arts, building on the brand’s nationwide commitment to elevating the arts and delivering exceptional experiences.

“We’re excited to partner with the Broward Center to create meaningful moments for audiences in South Florida,” said Mike Kavanaugh, Lexus Southern Area General Manager. “This collaboration allows us to celebrate our customers while investing in the creativity and connection that define this region.”
As part of this new, multi-year partnership, those attending any Bank of America Broadway in Fort Lauderdale performance who arrive in a Lexus vehicle will enjoy complimentary valet parking, while space is available, a premium perk that reflects the luxury synonymous with the Lexus name.
“We’re proud to partner with Lexus on an initiative that elevates how our audiences experience Broadway in Fort Lauderdale. They are a brand that understands the value of investment in culture and community,” said Ty Sutton, President & CEO of the Broward Center for the Performing Arts. “Their support brings added value to our guests while supporting the arts ecosystem that makes our region thrive.”
With more than 10 million cars sold globally since its launch and a presence in more than 90 countries, Lexus is known as one of the world’s top luxury vehicle brands. In the United States, Lexus vehicles are sold through 244 dealers, five of which are in Miami-Dade and Broward counties.

The Foundation was established in 1985 to deliver the required private funding to build the Center and create an endowment to sustain its operations. Over the years, the Foundation has successfully raised funds to support the Broward Center’s innovative and diverse programming, arts-in-education initiatives, community engagement activities and capital projects. In 2021, the Foundation completed a $30 million capital campaign to renovate and restore the iconic Parker Playhouse. Prior to this, it raised $60 million to complete the Encore! capital campaign to renovate, renew and revitalize the Broward Center.
