Developed by SHVO, designed inside and out by Peter Marino and with hospitality led by Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, The Raleigh is South Beach's most anticipated and transformative new development, combining a rich history as a prime destination for celebrity guests and memorable moments in high culture - like Karl Lagerfeld's iconic Chanel swimwear fashion show featuring the U.S. synchronized swimming team in The Raleigh’s landmark pool - to deliver a five-star beachfront experience teeming with premium amenities opening  in 2026. The Raleigh Residences, newly built, will rise 17 stories at the heart of the three-acre property, with sales of the residences having launched this month. The original Raleigh will be fully restored to its 1940s style and elegance by Peter Marino, including its iconic Martini Bar and Tiger Room restaurant, and becomes a new 60-suite Rosewood Hotel. A private Beach Club for residents and guests, inspired by the architecture of Oscar Niemeyer, will boast the Langosteria location.

Already beloved and celebrated in Milan, Paris and St. Moritz as a sceney luxurious seafood and pasta palace, Langosteria will be opening its first-ever private club and first U.S. location at The Raleigh. The invite-only dinners at The Raleigh's recently completed oceanfront sales pavilion served as a preview of the experience. Featuring esteemed guests including architect Peter Marino, Tommy Hilfiger and Dee Ocleppo Hilfiger, Fauda star and Israeli actress Rona Lee Shimon, renowned artist Daniel Arsham, Michelin-starred chef Daniel Boulud, supermodel Karolína Kurková, American art dealer Vito Schnabel, American art collector Jane Holzer, heralded writer Bob Colacello, Rohan Marley, son of the Reggae legend Bob Marley, and more, the two-night event commenced with a cocktail party showcasing the pavilion and lush gardens before guests were invited to enjoy an extravagant tasting of some of Langosteria's finest offerings.
