LA GRANDE BOUCHERIE HOSTS L’OASIS SUMMER DINNER EVENT INSPIRED BY LEGENDARY FASHION DESIGNER PAUL POIRET

Following its dazzling debut, L’Oasis — a transportive experience paying homage to French fashion designer Paul Poiret’s most iconic 1911 fête, La Mille et Deuxième Nuit — returned to La Grande Boucherie Miami. Inspired by Poiret’s vision of Parisian decadence meeting Arabic elegance, the evening reimagined his legendary celebration in a dinner style gathering. Guests entered a dreamy garden setting, illuminated by glowing lanterns, where silken drapery cascaded over the space and opulent cushions in rich jewel-toned hues offered a taste of East-West luxury. Attendees arrived in style, adorned in sequins, flowing fabrics, seductive silhouettes, and gilded accessories. In true Poiret fashion, La Grande Boucherie also provided an array of dressing options and statement pieces for those looking to further embrace the theme, with on-site stylists available to help bring their looks to life.

Upon arrival, guests were greeted with crisp cocktails by Lillet before indulging in a special 3-course dinner designed for the night. A celebration of French cuisine, the meal unfolded as a rich expression of flavor and texture: silky French Onion Soup; a crisp Salade Saint-Tropez; boldly rich Prime Steak Tartare; perfectly seared Saumon Rôti; Steak Frites; or tender Poulet Rôti — each plate delivering its own moment of pure gastronomic pleasure. The experience culminated with confections designed to linger on the palate: a creamy Crème Brûlée with its brittle caramelized top, a delicate Millefeuille, or a zesty Tarte au Citron — adding a sweet note to a glamorous night.

In collaboration with French & Famous — a Miami-based lifestyle brand renowned for hosting high-end events celebrating French culture — all guests had the opportunity to enter a free electronic raffle for a chance to win a round-trip ticket for two from Miami to Paris, courtesy of French bee, the new generation French airline offering smart, cost-effective travel and acting as French & Famous’ official airline partner.
