The "2025 Holtz Children's Hospital Night of Fashion and Art" will take place on Thursday, November 13, 2025, from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., at the elegant Coral Gables Woman's Club, in Miami. The Elio's Kitchen Fund, operating under the umbrella of the respected Coral Gables Community Foundation, plays a crucial role in supporting the often-unsung heroes of our healthcare system – the front-line medical workers at Holtz Children's Hospital and other children's hospitals in our region. A portion of the proceeds will benefit Elio’s Kitchen and Holtz Children's Hospital, supporting vital pediatric care in our Miami-Dade community. Tickets for the event are now available at www.FashionArtBeats.org.

“Elio's Kitchen is happy to be involved with Holtz Children Hospital to provide underserved children access to exceptional medical care,” said Cristina Lama Evensky, Founder of Fashion ArtBeats and Eilo’s Kitchen. “We at Elio's Kitchen believe when you give back to our local community, it creates a sense of unity and purpose. This results in making us all stronger and more resilient.”

Avant-garde and otherworldly, the creations of Miami-based artist Olga Saretsky defy easy categorization. Through her company, Kikimora Studio, she has transformed the landscape of performance and high-end event entertainment with her living art sculptures – wearable works that merge fashion, movement, and myth.

Kikimora’s Living Roses© became an international sensation after debuting in Miami in 2016, quickly going viral on Pinterest and booking events across the globe. The company’s one-of-a-kind costumes have since appeared at Christina Aguilera’s Las Vegas residency, Masked Singer France, World of Wearable Art Awards in New Zealand, Art Basel Miami, and private events for clients such as Vizcaya Museum & Gardens, the Cruz Building, and SpaceX/Starlink.

This year’s fundraiser will also showcase other characters from her portfolio of more than 250 Living Art pieces, including “Blue Third Eye,” “Cosmic Moth,” “Moon Goddess,” and the newly unveiled “Gold Phoenix.”
