Kick Up the Summer Heat with Miami's Hottest Brewery Dogfish Head Miami

Dogfish Head Miami isn't letting the summer sun melt its spirit. Wynwood's favorite outpost for off-centered goodness is celebrating the season with special events, limited-edition beer releases, and brand-new menu items. From live music to brew collaborations, Dogfish Head Miami is one of the hottest South Florida hangouts this summer to kick back with a beer and bite.

Already known for its innovative ales and beer-infused eats, Dogfish Head Miami keeps the taste-train rolling with a one-of-a-kind summer menu. Conceptualized by Chef Charlie Mendoza-Sewell, the menu's new bites include juicy burgers, stacked chicken sandwiches, loaded salads, and scratch-made, beer-infused dressings and sauces prepared in-house.

While crispy waffle fries dunked in homemade sauce make a pretty perfect pairing on their own, brew-focused palettes can delight in one of Dogfish Head Miami's freshest beer drops. The fan-favorite pilsner SoFlo Pils is available for the first time in a can, artfully designed, and ready to bring home from Dogfish Head Miami's on-site shop. The citrusy IPA Flesh & Blood has been recreated to stock shop shelves beside its fellow brew buddies.

With the mention of brew buddies, Dogfish Head Miami has partnered up with Creature Comforts Brewing Co. from Athens, Georgia to celebrate the best of both agriculture bounties from the two cities. The recently launched Guava Belly is a fruited sour ale brewed with Florida-grown guava, a Georgia-grown tea blend, and a S.C.O.B.Y. from Radiate Kombucha, a Miami-based kombucha company. The collaboration is further sweetened with a featured guava empanada food special and a guava beer slushie. Be sure not to miss out on this limited-time summer special before it's gone!

But that's not all. Beyond new eats and drinks, Dogfish Head Miami is home to exciting events running all summer long. From happy hour weekdays to live music weekends, there's something to experience for every Dogfish Head Miami guest. Brewery tours are held daily, with complimentary samples for those 21+. 8bit Entertainment Systems will be onsite every Monday from 5-9 p.m. for Game Night with a host of old-school video games for folks to play.

Every Wednesday from 6-8 p.m., DJ Hottpants will be in the house for an interactive Bingo Night. Held the last Thursday of every month at 7 p.m., Dogfish Head Miami hosts a Sip & Speak Open Mic Night in collaboration with Speak Miami, and on the first Friday of every month from 4:30-6:30 p.m., the taproom digs into its vintage beer stash to pour some deliciously-aged brews paired with vinyl tunes for Vintage & Vinyl.

Don't forget: Members of the brewery’s Off-Centered Society loyalty program will receive double points on their purchases all day, every Thursday. To learn more about the Off-Centered Society, or to join the club, visit www.dogfish.com/off-centered-society.
