Katsuya South Beach Debuts Exclusive Omakase Experience

Kicking off on Feb. 15th, Katsuya at SLS South Beach is debuting the ultimate Omakase experience exclusively available for one month.

Set in the hotel’s lavish Tower Penthouse – designed by musician Lenny Kravitz – Katsuya has created the Omakase Suite where guests have the 1,044-square-foot suite to themselves for a specially curated menu by Chef Hiro Asano. Following an introduction of the Omakase tradition, Chef Hiro and your private server will cater your evening with dishes like Hamachi, Toro and Watermelon Tartare, and more expertly paired with sakes.

After dinner, guests can lounge in the suite and order additional drinks while listening to the special collection of vintage records included in the penthouse; or enjoy the evening on the private rooftop 552-square-foot terrace with views of the ocean and Hyde Beach.

Reservations can be made from Sunday to Thursday between 7 and 9 p.m.; bookings must be made at least seven days prior to the day of dining. The experience is priced at $325+ per person with a minimum of 6 guests and a maximum of 10. Those interested should email slssbevents@sbe.com.
