JW Marriott Marquis Miami to Showcase Select Sculptures, and Works From Jorge Blanco
The JW Marriott Marquis Miami and its sister property, Hotel Beaux Arts Miami, have once again been tapped as the official Hotel Partners of the internationally acclaimed fairs, Art Miami and CONTEXT Art Miami.
The hotel is located at 255 Biscayne Blvd. Way, Miami, FL, in downtown Miami, will once again host a free-of-charge pop-up installation in the property’s lobby from November 28th through December 10th. The lobby art installation will feature a curated selection of sculptures by international artist Jorge Blanco, whose works have been showcased in various exhibitions spanning the globe, from galleries and private residences in Italy, France, Spain, the United States, and various nations in South America and Asia.
Art Miami and CONTEXT Art Miami are being held from December 5th to December 10th, at the former Herald Plaza in downtown Miami, the prestigious waterfront location nestled between the Venetian and MacArthur Causeways, minutes away from the hotel. The Fairs will present more than 250 of the world's leading galleries showcasing the best in contemporary and modern art. Thousands of works from more than 900 artists will be on display, providing established and budding collectors the opportunity to acquire a vast array of iconic works from renowned modern masters and blue-chip contemporary works, as well as the most sought-after living artists.
