Formerly from Nobu, Executive Chef Sunny Oh blends influence from Asia and Latin America with French flair to create unique and flavor full dishes from sea and land. Much like the restaurant’s design, the menu embraces the gorgeous bounty of nature, with the finest ingredients sourced locally and globally. Named after the indigenous Brazilian nut tree that nourished a culture, Juvia is smack in the middle of South Beach but quite literally an elevated, exclusive experience, accessed via private elevators located on the corner of Lincoln Road and Lenox Avenue.
The rooftop kitchen is where culinary stars Sunny Oh and Gregory Gourreau magically choreograph a symphony of French, Peruvian and Japanese cuisines. Oh’s focus on super-fresh raw, cured and cooked ingredients combined with Gourreau’s classic French pastry techniques promise a unique blend of flavors that will delight every palate.
Among Juvia’s stellar signature dishes are their Truffle Ceviche; Chilean Sea Bass marinated in sake and soy with cucumber; and Hamachi espuma.
