International tenor Jonathan Tetelman will appear in Miami on May 6 for a single-night concert between engagements on major opera stages in Europe and elsewhere.

The performance is being presented by Florida Grand Opera and will mark a brief stop in Tetelman’s current season, which includes appearances at several of the world’s leading venues.

Tetelman has been noted by European critics for his “golden tone” and “Italianate ardour with elegance and finesse,” with publications such as Salzburger Nachrichten and Hamburger Abendblatt highlighting his vocal presence.

Joining Tetelman on stage in Miami will be Cuban American musician Willy Chirino, Grammy-nominated Latin jazz artist and former New York Yankees player Bernie Williams, and the Amernet String Quartet.

Tickets for the May 6 performance are available through Florida Grand Opera.
