Jamie Zuckerman, Esq. Honored by Daily Business Review’s 2021 Florida Legal Awards

Jamie Zuckerman, Esq., shareholder and co-founder of Segal Zuckerman, P.A., has been honored by Daily Business Review’s (DBR) 2021 Florida Legal Awards, in the “On the Rise” category. Segal Zuckerman, P.A. is a boutique litigation law firm with offices in Miami and Aventura, Florida.

Zuckerman will receive the award at DBR’s annual awards event, slated to be held in-person on May 19 at the JW Marriott Marquis in Miami.

The DBR “On the Rise” program recognizes the region’s most promising lawyers under the age of 40. Honorees have wielded influence in their practice areas in South Florida and beyond. They are innovators, developing unique practice niches, amassing robust books of business, demonstrating strong leadership qualities, showing expertise in litigation or transactional work, and committing themselves to pro bono, charitable and professional volunteer work.

The youngest woman to make partner at her former well-known litigation firm, Zuckerman later formed her own firm, Segal Zuckerman, along with Richard Segal, Esq. They founded the practice within a unique niche of “law personalized”: providing a bespoke service for each client to meet their precise needs. She strives to empower young women in the legal industry.

A Miami native, Zuckerman generously donates her time to a number of South Florida organizations, including the Greater Miami Jewish Federation, Mount Sinai Medical Center Foundation, Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce, Hillel at FIU Leadership Council, and South Florida Tulane University Alumni Association. She is on the founding committee of the Chai Society for Federation.

Zuckerman earned her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center in Davie, Florida; and her Bachelor of Science in accounting from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana.
