James Bond Macallan Dinner at Zucca in Coral Gables on April 25!

This Tuesday, April 25, at 7:30 p.m. Zucca restaurant will host a special James Bond Macallan dinner at its Negroni Lounge.

Guests will enjoy a unique five-course culinary journey of Italian dishes, paired with different types of Macallan, James Bond’s whisky of choice.

The dinner menu opens up with a canapé course of Blinis Creme Fraiche and White American Sturgeon Caviar, followed by antipasto of Seared Foie Gras on a “Colomba” Toast, made with maple syrup, toasted almonds and orange puree. Guests will then enjoy an entree of Duck “Raviolo” served in a lightly smoked apple broth, goat cheese and soft caramel nibs and, for a second course, a dish of Striped Bass Fillet with lemon, thyme, scallops scales, coconut and ginger risotto. The meal ends Zucca’s signature dessert of Black Forest Cake.

Macallan pairings include Double Cask 15 years Old and The Macallan James Bond 60th Anniversary Release, Decade I.
