Jackson Health 23RD Annual Guardians Of The Children Luncheon and Fashion Show
Jackson Health Foundation's Guardian Angels are hosting their 23rd Annual Guardians of the Children Luncheon and Fashion Show, in partnership with Saks Fifth Avenue, on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at The Ritz-Carlton Key Biscayne. The exclusive event, benefitting Holtz Children's Hospital, will feature internationally acclaimed fashion designer, Silvia Tcherassi. This year marks the 30th anniversary of the Guardian Angels, established as a membership group within Jackson Health Foundation. They provide philanthropic support that enhances and expands pediatric specialty programs at Holtz Children’s Hospital. “Over the last 30 years, the Guardian Angels have raised more than $38 million to help young patients in need, with world-class quality health care, and we are looking forward to celebrating this momentous occasion," said Flavia Llizo, co-president and chief development officer at Jackson Health Foundation. Former local news anchor Laurie Jennings will serve as the luncheon's celebrity emcee, guiding guests through an afternoon of fashion and philanthropy that will feature a full runway show courtesy of Saks Fifth Avenue. "The miracles that happen every day at Holtz Children's Hospital are powered by the generosity, compassion, and kindness of our donors and sponsors, and we couldn't be more appreciative of their support,” said Silvia Rios Fortun, president of the Guardian Angels. The event will be hosted by honorary chairs, Janie and Ron Kupferman.
