As temperatures rise this summer, the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau (GMCVB) is offering the perfect excuse to unwind, recharge and indulge.

Now in its 18th year, the beloved Miami Spa Months program returns from July 1 through August 31, inviting locals and visitors to immerse themselves in the city’s most coveted wellness experiences at significantly reduced rates. More than 30 top-tier spas across Miami and Miami Beach are participating, offering exclusive treatments at three price levels: $109, $159 and $199.
From tranquil hotel sanctuaries to modern wellness collectives, the program highlights the city’s growing reputation as a global wellness destination.
“Miami Spa Months is a celebration of wellness that reflects our community’s commitment to health, relaxation and self-care,” said David Whitaker, the GMCVB’s president and chief executive officer. “Now in its 18th year, the program continues to elevate Miami as a global wellness destination, offering visitors and residents alike access to world-class treatments that restore balance and promote well-being.”

A New Era of Spa Experiences
Newcomers to the program are setting the tone for a transformative season. At Hurrem Hammam Wellness & Spa in North Miami, guests step into a luxurious homage to traditional Turkish bathing rituals designed to detoxify and soothe. Meanwhile, Ondara Spa in Miami Beach takes a day-to-night approach with eco-luxury treatments tailored to both pre-party rejuvenation and next-day recovery. Over in Coral Gables, Toska Spa & Facial Bar, helmed by celebrity aesthetician Toska Husted, offers science-forward skin care in a serene setting. These fresh additions underscore the diversity of experiences available throughout the program. Whether you’re looking for a results-driven facial, an immersive full-body treatment or a unique wellness journey, Miami Spa Months has something for everyone.

High-Impact Treatments, Miami Style
Each spa offers services across three price tiers, making luxury wellness more accessible than ever. In Downtown Miami, Kimpton Epic Hotel’s “Privai Spa” features the Babor Ultimate Lifting, Anti-Aging and Brightening Facial for $109. This 50-minute treatment incorporates LED light therapy and the ancient technique of gua sha to enhance circulation and skin vitality. At The Palms Aveda Spa in Miami Beach, guests can indulge in a 50-minute Intense Hydrating Facial with eye treatment and LED therapy for $159. The package includes resort access for a full day of poolside relaxation after the treatment. For the ultimate in pampering, mySpa at InterContinental Miami offers a 75-minute anti-aging facial using Dr. Dennis Gross products. Priced at $199, this service includes LED light therapy, a gua sha face massage, and a relaxing neck, shoulder and arm massage.

Spa with a Twist
Miami’s spa culture is known for its creativity, and this year’s lineup does not disappoint. At K’Alma Spa inside Hotel Victor South Beach, guests begin their treatment by identifying their spirit animal. Based on the result, they receive a personalized healing experience that may include chakra alignment, herbal body wraps and energy-balancing massages. The Ritz-Carlton Spa, South Beach adds a glam twist with its Art Deco Manicure and Pedicure. The 90-minute experience includes a warm soak, precision nail care, and polish inspired by Miami Beach’s iconic design era. Guests also enjoy access to the spa’s serene lounge, pool, sauna and beach. For those interested in the latest in noninvasive aesthetics, Âme Spa & Wellness Collective delivers an 80-minute Non-Surgical Face-Lift and Jawline Contouring treatment using radiofrequency technology for $199 that visibly lifts and tightens the skin. Guests also receive access to the spa’s Wellness Circuit, which includes a Himalayan salt room, aroma steam therapy and a cold plunge.
