Inside The Perigon: Miami Beach’s New Oceanfront Tower

The Perigon is a new residential tower on Miami Beach designed with a focus on privacy and ocean views. The building’s curved shape opens toward the shoreline, giving most units direct water exposure and natural light. Interiors use a neutral palette, wood finishes, and stone surfaces, keeping the design understated and functional.

Units feature open layouts with large terraces, sliding glass doors, and built-in storage. The kitchens are designed to blend into the living spaces, with integrated appliances and clean lines. Bedrooms are separated from the social areas for quiet and airflow. The bathrooms use solid materials and simple fixtures.

Shared areas include a pool deck facing the ocean, a fitness space, a lounge area, and private access to the beach. The landscape design uses native plants and shaded pathways to connect outdoor spaces with the tower’s main level. Parking and service areas are kept out of view to maintain a clear entrance.

The architecture uses curved concrete lines, glass, and metal details. The structure is lifted slightly above the ground level for protection from rising water and to allow open views from the street. The approach to the project is straightforward: direct access to the ocean, clean materials, and simple circulation through the building.
