Grand Cayman has a new wellness destination with the opening of Meraki Wellness, a 16,000-square-foot standalone spa and wellness space located along Seven Mile Beach. Open to members and day guests, the destination brings together hydrotherapy, treatment suites, fitness, grooming, nourishment and longevity-focused services.

Founded by Peter and Shula Clarke, Meraki Wellness was created around the Greek idea of “meraki,” meaning to pour soul, creativity and love into what you do. The concept is designed as more than a spa, with spaces that support restoration, movement, connection and long-term wellbeing.

The destination introduces several regional firsts, including the Caribbean’s most comprehensive hydrotherapy experience, the region’s first commissioned Snow Room and the largest Panoramic Sauna in the Caribbean. Its Hydrotherapy Odyssey guides guests through water, heat and cold, with contrast experiences intended to support circulation, recovery and nervous system balance.
Meraki Wellness includes eight treatment suites offering facial and body experiences with brands such as Natura Bissé, Seed to Skin, EMFACE and LYMA Laser. The menu combines high-touch therapies with non-invasive technologies across facials, massage, body treatments and skin-focused services.

A key part of the offering is the Longevity & Wellness Screening, a non-invasive digital assessment that evaluates more than 30 biomarkers. The screening looks at areas such as metabolic health, physical fitness, cardiovascular function, stress regulation, immune health, oxygenation and recovery capacity, helping guide personalized wellness programs.
Wellness at Meraki also extends into daily lifestyle. The Fitness Lounge features Technogym equipment and a yoga studio, while Plant & Tonic, the destination’s flexitarian wellness café, focuses on plant-forward nourishment. The space also includes a Members’ Lounge, Garden Lounge and quiet relaxation areas designed for rest and connection.
Beauty and grooming are also part of the experience. The Butterfly Room offers nailcare and finishing services in a social setting, while The Gentleman’s Barber, created in partnership with Truefitt & Hill, brings a traditional grooming concept to the destination.
Throughout the property, design plays a central role. Curved architectural lines, warm materials, stone surfaces, sculptural lighting and calm lounge spaces create a setting closely tied to the wellness experience itself.
Meraki Wellness is located at 1411 West Bay Road in Grand Cayman, about 15 minutes from Owen Roberts International Airport.
