Inside Arlo Wynwood’s Latest Living Room Gallery Exhibition: Fine Art Photography

Arlo Wynwood unveils a new edition of Arlo’s Living Room Gallery, presenting fine art photography by Tyler Shields, Jeffrey Czum, and Nick Mele. Bringing together three distinct photographic voices, the exhibition spans cinematic storytelling, surreal composition, and whimsical interpretations of American luxury, each offering a unique lens on contemporary visual culture.

Created by Arlo Hotels’ art curator Jasmine Arakel, Arlo’s Living Room Gallery is a brandwide initiative designed to showcase collector-grade art in accessible hotel public spaces. Featured at Arlo properties in New York City, Chicago, Miami, and Washington, D.C., the program invites both locals and travelers to engage with contemporary art in an approachable, community-oriented setting.

On view are Shields’ bold, film-based photographs, Czum’s meticulously constructed “clean collages,” and Mele’s richly layered interior scenes, which collectively create a dynamic dialogue between fantasy and realism, precision and play. Together, their work transforms the hotel’s gallery into an immersive visual experience that reflects the evolving relationship between contemporary art, hospitality, and cultural storytelling. On display through March 2026, the exhibition reflects Arlo’s commitment to presenting collector-grade art in accessible, public-facing spaces.

To celebrate the exhibition’s opening, Arlo Wynwood will host a public opening reception on Thursday, January 22, from 6-8 p.m. Presented in partnership with 1905 Contemporary, the evening will invite guests to experience the works firsthand while engaging with the artists during an on-site conversation about their creative processes and techniques.

The exhibition is free and open to the public, with RSVP available via Eventbrite.
