Inside a New Era of Women’s Health and Longevity with Nicole Peterson Doran

For Nicole Peterson Doran, the future of women’s health is not about quick fixes—it is about ownership, longevity, and finally being heard.

Long before she became the co-founder of PUR-FORM in Boca Raton, FL, Doran was a teenager navigating a confusing and deeply personal health journey. At just 15, her body began to change rapidly. She experienced unexplained weight gain, persistent fatigue, brain fog, and hormonal imbalances that didn’t align with her otherwise active, healthy lifestyle. After visits to multiple doctors, she was finally diagnosed with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and pre-diabetes.
Like many women, Doran found herself in a system focused on managing symptoms rather than addressing root causes. That gap in the medical system became the foundation for what would come next.
Bridging the Gender Healthspan Gap at PUR-FORM

Today, through PUR-FORM, Doran is helping to usher in a new model of care that blends advanced diagnostics, regenerative medicine, and personalized lifestyle strategies to give patients a deeper understanding of their health.
“We built this clinic to be what I wish I had access to,” Doran says. “Care that looks at the full picture, not just isolated symptoms.”
This approach addresses a critical issue: the gender healthspan gap. Women are being diagnosed with chronic conditions like PCOS earlier than ever, and while they tend to live longer than men, they often spend more years managing chronic illness. At PUR-FORM, patients receive access to a full suite of advanced regenerative therapies designed to repair and optimize the body at a cellular level, targeting hormonal imbalance, inflammation, and metabolic function. Top treatments include peptide therapy, stem cell therapy, hyperbaric oxygen, plasmapheresis, and blood oxygenation ozone treatments.
Despite these advanced therapies, Doran emphasizes that the basics still matter most. “Nutrition, strength training, movement, sleep, and stress management are the pillars. The difference is that now we can personalize them in a much more precise way,” she explains.
Expanding Longevity with Humanaut Health

In 2025, Doran expanded her foothold in the longevity space by co-founding the Palm Beach Gardens location of Humanaut Health alongside Dr. Amy Killen, an anti-aging and regenerative physician. Humanaut Health operates as a premier health optimization clinic designed for those looking to take a proactive, data-driven approach to long-term wellness.
At Humanaut Health, members undergo advanced testing that measures more than 250 biomarkers, offering a comprehensive view of everything from hormonal balance to nutrient deficiencies and early indicators of chronic disease. From there, highly personalized protocols are developed, combining targeted therapies, lifestyle optimization, and ongoing performance tracking.
While PUR-FORM focuses on regenerative and therapeutic care, Humanaut Health expands the conversation into full-scale optimization, creating a continuous, concierge-style model that evolves alongside each patient’s needs.
“Symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, stubborn weight gain, or intense cravings are often brushed off,” Doran explains. “But they can be early signals of deeper imbalances. The goal is to catch those early and actually address what’s driving them... More importantly, it means helping other women realize they do not have to accept feeling unwell as normal.”
Through PUR-FORM and Humanaut Health, Doran is not only building clinics but actively reshaping the conversation around women’s health to prioritize longevity, performance, and an optimized quality of life.
