Downtown Doral, the 250-acre mixed-use community developed by Codina Partners, will host the first-ever Downtown Doral Arts Festival on Saturday, November 15, and Sunday, November 16, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The free, two-day event will feature more than 60 artists, live music, culinary experiences, and interactive exhibitions, all set in the heart of Downtown Doral along NW 53rd Street.

The family- and pet-friendly festival is expected to draw thousands of visitors, offering an open-air celebration of creativity with art for sale in a range of mediums including painting, photography, sculpture, and mixed media. Guests can also enjoy live art demonstrations, Baptist Health’s Farmer’s Market, gourmet food and drink, and artwork created by Downtown Doral Charter School students.

“Art is an essential part of any vibrant community, which is why it’s so important to us to bring experiences like the Downtown Doral Arts Festival to life,” said Ana-Marie Codina, CEO of Codina Partners. “Along with immersive exhibitions at LUX Doral and events throughout the year, the festival reflects our vision to weave creativity into everyday life and strengthen Miami’s reputation as a dynamic hub for arts and culture.”

Among the featured artists are:

  • Roy Rodriguez, a Doral-based painter whose Cuban heritage informs each representation of his muse.

  • Ernie Rodriguez, a Miami mixed-media, collage, and print artist inspired by nature.

  • Erikan Ekefrey, a Lagos-born painter whose contemporary African works showcase heritage and tradition through bold colors and lyrical forms.

Doral Mayor Christi Fraga praised the festival for its cultural and economic impact: “Events like the Downtown Doral Arts Festival bring together our community while boosting Doral’s economy and supporting local businesses, artists, and vendors.”

The event is organized by Downtown Doral and Momentum Marketing Group, with support from partners including the City of Doral, Baptist Health, Wild Fork Food, Ocean Infiniti Doral, and iHeart Radio.
