Icon Beach Waterfront Residences Announced for Hollywood Shoreline

A new luxury residential development is coming to South Florida’s coast, as Related Group, BH Group, and real estate partners launch Icon Beach Waterfront Residences in Hollywood, Florida. The project, described by its developers as a “haven of discreet luxury,” is designed to offer upscale waterfront living with modern design and resort-style amenities.
Located on a tranquil stretch of Hollywood Beach, Icon Beach will feature 350 residences ranging from one to three bedrooms and between 948 to 2,580 square feet. The interiors, designed by Meyer Davis, will incorporate natural materials, imported finishes, and custom Italian cabinetry. Residences will also include floor-to-ceiling windows, open-plan layouts, and views of the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway.
The development will span a significant amenity footprint—30,000 square feet—including a full-service beach club, on-site marina, health club and spa, and wellness center. Additional features include a waterfront event space, outdoor cinema, summer kitchens, yoga deck, and curated artworks from the Jorge M. Pérez Contemporary Art Collection.
Situated between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, the property benefits from proximity to a walkable community with restaurants, retail, and entertainment venues. The area is known for its scenic coastline and blend of urban and relaxed atmospheres.
Sales and marketing for the development are being handled exclusively by Dezer Platinum Realty, led by Gil Dezer and Sebastian Tettamanti.
Construction and completion timelines for Icon Beach have not yet been publicly announced.
