How Atlantic Village Is Reshaping The Lifestyle Landscape In Hallandale Beach

Atlantic Village in Hallandale Beach is entering a new era. The mixed-use development, which opened its first phase back in 2019, has been steadily building out its tenant mix, and the latest additions signal a clear ambition: become the go-to destination for dining, wellness, and entertainment in South Broward.

The Hallandale Beach indoor-outdoor center recently announced it is adding new restaurants, wellness concepts, and an indoor golf facility to a growing lineup boasting some of the best retailers, restaurants, fitness brands, and more. Grupo Eco, the Mexico-based developer behind the project, has overseen four phases of growth, capping it off with a 12-story Class A office tower completed in 2025. At the same time, the restaurants, wellness studios, and experience-driven concepts at ground level are helping shape the development’s day-to-day energy.

Standout restaurants have already opened. Murano by Ferraro brings modern Italian fine dining to the property, with a coastal-driven menu, premium cuts, and an extensive wine and cocktail program.

The Wagyu House by Meat N' Bone is another major opening for the center. The brand focuses on quality sourcing, and this concept doubles down on that with Japanese, Australian, and domestic wagyu cuts. Executive Chef Chucho Rojas, who trained in Michelin-starred kitchens across Europe, brings the technique to match the product. It's one of the more serious steakhouse openings in the region this year.

OakBerry, the global açaí brand with hundreds of locations across 45+ countries, is also opening at the center. Their customizable superfood bowls and smoothies are a natural fit for the health-conscious crowd the development has been drawing in.

Coming soon

Tee Box arrives at the end of March 2026 as an indoor golf development facility with high-end simulators, on-demand coaching, performance tracking, and a dedicated fitness center. Designed as a year-round training environment, the concept focuses on helping golfers refine their game through data-driven technology and instruction.

Later in the summer, The Lab Vitality Club opens with a specific focus: adults over 50 who want to train smart, move pain-free, and build lasting strength. The concept blends strength training, recovery, and health coaching in a member-first environment.

Why It's Worth the Trip

Atlantic Village sits near Gulfstream Park and Shell Bay, home to one of the most exclusive golf courses in the country. Also within close proximity are both major international airports, the Brightline station, and Hollywood Beach Boardwalk. These new openings join an existing lineup that includes Crema Gourmet, Club Pilates, and 54D, among others. With over 308,000 square feet of new and upcoming tenants in the pipeline, Atlantic Village is no longer just a neighborhood retail center. It's becoming a real destination.
