Global design studio HBA Residential is expanding its footprint across the South Florida and Caribbean corridors to meet growing design demands from ultra-high-net-worth individuals relocating to the region. The firm's multidisciplinary studio integrates architecture, interior design, furniture, and procurement to manage private commissions and developer partnerships.

The studio's regional portfolio includes high-profile local developments such as The Delmore Residences in Surfside, Miami. Globally, the firm's portfolio extends to landmark projects including The OWO Residences by Raffles and The Whiteley in London, alongside wellness-focused developments like SHA Emirates in the United Arab Emirates.

"The influx of billionaires choosing Miami as a primary base means the level of sophistication in the brief has gone up," said Katie Earl, Creative Director at HBA Residential. "They're not asking for more, they're asking for better; more considered and tailored to how they actually live."

Carlos Agelet de Saracibar, Principal of Americas at HBA Residential, noted that the South Florida market directly aligns with the company's focus on discretion, craft, and design integrity. The studio is also continuing to build its presence in key luxury real estate markets across Latin America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
