Haunted Circus Miami Returns to South Florida's Tropical Park

No tricks, just treats, as Haunted Circus Miami returns to South Florida this fall with more scary thrills and enchanting activities to celebrate the spooky season. From September 15 through October 29, families can visit Tropical Park in Miami for a Halloween-themed carnival atmosphere with the perfect combination of light scares and family fun to get everyone in the spirit.

Following its successful debut in 2021, Haunted Circus Miami returns to the city bigger and better than ever with 13 new rides, 6 inflatable bounce houses and carnival games, plus double the entertainment with spine-chilling performances, pumpkin arts and crafts, tons of photo opportunities, and interactive experiences for the whole family.

The carnival will take guests on a haunting mystery quest to free the circus from the jack-o’-lantern’s evil spell. The mystifying quest will feature a cast of characters, including clowns, aerial acrobats and jugglers, and spellbinding performances from a local circus troupe. Along the journey to break free from Jack’s wicked magic, guests are invited to partake in tarot card readings, pumpkin carving and smashing, screenings of classic Halloween movies, and a not-so-scary petting zoo.

Thrill-seekers will also have a “fang-tastic” time at the Haunted Circus as they navigate the land of rides, which includes two Ferris wheels, a large one for adults and a smaller one for children; the Large Round Up, which uses centrifugal force to push riders against a wall as they spin; and the Super Swing, an elevated carousel with rotating, suspended swings that mimics the sensation of flying. Visitors can also defy gravity as they take a wicked plunge down the Super Slide and embark on a treacherous voyage aboard the ghostly Mini Pirate Ship.

For guests who crave less of an adrenaline rush but equal excitement, inflatable bounce houses will feature seven unique themes of battles, adventure and play. The high spirits continue on the bumper cars, where vehicles collide in a bone-chilling frenzy. The youngest pumpkins in the patch will have a spooktacular time riding smaller attractions, including a bewitching animal carousel, a fiery dragon ride and whimsical tea cups. Tickets start at $19.
