Habibi Miami, the waterfront supper club located on the Miami River, announced a new five-course caviar dinner in partnership with CAVR. The exclusive dining experience is available for two nights only on Wednesday, April 15, and Wednesday, April 29, 2026.

Priced at $200 per person, the collaboration highlights the versatility of CAVR caviar through a curated progression of Mediterranean and French Moroccan dishes. Executive Chef Wladimir Arévalo designed the menu to blend premium seafood and Wagyu with diverse caviar profiles, including Siberian, Kaluga Gold, and Osetra Imperial.
The Caviar Soirée Menu

The five-course progression features a series of precise pairings:
Amuse: Green apple with whipped goat cheese and almond oil, topped with Siberian caviar.
Seafood Courses: Yellowfin tuna with smoke trout roe and a lobster salad on squid ink brioche topped with Osetra Gold caviar.
Vegetable and Meat: Crispy confit potato stuffed with whipped labneh and Kaluga Gold, followed by Australian Wagyu steak with a cherry reduction and Osetra Imperial caviar.
Dessert: Fresh fig and whipped yogurt with wild honeycombs, finished with Kaluga caviar.
Atmosphere and Reservations
Located at 452 NW North River Drive, Habibi Miami features a design inspired by French Morocco with Moorish architectural elements. As the evening progresses, the venue transitions into a dinner theater environment with performances by belly dancers, contortionists, and percussionists.

Seatings for the caviar dinner are available at 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. for both dates. Reservations can be made through OpenTable (April 15th or April 29th) or by contacting the restaurant directly.
