Gucci Iconic Bags: A Fusion of Heritage and Modern Elegance

Gucci introduces the Fall-Winter 2024 women's campaign, designed by Creative Director Sabato De Sarno. Shifting from the abstract settings of previous campaigns, this one focuses on a more intimate environment, emphasizing the interaction between personalities and clothing.

The campaign features Loli, Alaato, and Jiahui, who each bring their own character to the collection, reflecting De Sarno's vision of a versatile and real-life-inspired women's wardrobe that encourages personal expression beyond traditional norms.

The Fall-Winter 2024 collection combines rich wool coats with delicately embroidered slip dresses, blending sensuality with strength and challenging conventional femininity. The collection uses soft, earthy tones with unexpected bursts of color, exploring clean-cut silhouettes and varied proportions.

Accessories in this campaign draw from Gucci’s heritage. The new Gucci B bag, with its oversized silhouette and medium-length shoulder strap, references archival designs from the mid-1950s, capturing the spirit of that era's creative freedom.

The GG Milano, a new top-handle handbag by Sabato De Sarno, debuted at the Fall-Winter 2024 fashion show. Inspired by the city of Milan, this bag reflects De Sarno’s connection to the city and its influence on his work, celebrating Milan’s legacy in art, fashion, and design.

Additionally, the Gucci Jackie returns in new color options, continuing the brand’s heritage narrative, while the half-moon bag represents a modern take on day-to-night elegance.
