Google Opens First Retail Store in South Florida at Aventura Mall

Google has expanded its physical retail presence by opening the Google Store Aventura at Aventura Mall in South Florida. This 3,030-square-foot location is the company’s eighth retail store in the U.S. and its third on the East Coast.
The store, which opened to the public on November 7, 2025, is designed to provide hands-on product experiences and local support. Visitors can interact with a range of Google devices, including Pixel phones, watches, and tablets, as well as Nest cameras and Fitbit trackers. Demonstrations of new software features, such as Gemini Live on the Pixel 10 Pro or the Google Home app on the Pixel Tablet, are available.
A dedicated “Here to Help” desk offers assistance with device setup, troubleshooting, and Pixel phone repairs. The store also facilitates the purchase process, allowing customers to buy online, pick up in-store through googlestore.com.
Store associates offer support in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, catering to both the local South Florida community and the area's significant international tourist population.
The Aventura location, situated at 19501 Biscayne Boulevard, Suite 745, Aventura, FL 33180, will operate Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET, and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET.
Google’s expansion in Florida follows its high-touch retail strategy, which began with the first store opening in the Chelsea neighborhood of New York in 2021. This model focuses on interactive experiences with the Google ecosystem. The company plans to open its next location in the Washington, D.C. area.
