Gold Standard Omakase Popup Opening at The Ritz-Carlton, Bal Harbour

Nestled in a tropical oasis with sweeping views of the Atlantic and Intracoastal, The Ritz-Carlton, Bal Harbour is thrilled to welcome an exclusive popup experience crafted by Gold Standard Omakase.

Nestled within the luxurious sanctuary of Bal Harbour Village, The Ritz-Carlton, Bal Harbour is the perfect getaway for those seeking pure relaxation and pampering. To further elevate the guest experience, the hotel has partnered with Gold Standard Omakase to open a popup on-property on December 15th, 2021 and offer an inimitable culinary experience dedicated to the pure flavors and profiles of fresh fish and succulent A5 Wagyu.

Spearheaded by successful hospitality entrepreneurs Chef Anderson Osorio, Bill Spector, Raul Sanchez, Gil Elbaz, and Juan Carlos Briones, Gold Standard Omakase is an immersive, Japanese cuisine adventure, which allows Chef Osorio to masterfully orchestrate a 15-course meal for either people at a time across one and a half hour sittings, drawing inspiration from his daily selection of the highest-quality ingredients.

The beauty of this unique dining experience is that, because there is no set menu, each guest of Gold Standard Omakase at The Ritz-Carlton, Bal Harbour will have a one-of-kind meal centered around the finest selections of fish, flown in from Japan daily, garden-fresh vegetables, and world-class A5 Wagyu beef sourced locally from exclusive purveyors.

Set in an intimate space bedecked in art pieces by Jona Cerwinske and Klass, The Gold Standard Omakase popup will be escalated with an elegantly designed dining room that evokes the spirit of the mouth-watering journey guests will embark on. Accompanying the unparalleled offering will be the finest Japanese whiskeys, sakes, and beers that will complement the symphony of flavors.
