Giorgio Armani Dresses The 81st Annual Golden Globe Awards Celebs



Giorgio Armani dressed select winners, nominees, presenters and attendees of the 81st Golden Globe Awards. The ceremony took place at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA and broadcast live on CBS and Paramount.




Winner Margot Robbie chose to wear a custom Giorgio Armani Privé hot pink sequined gown with straps that accentuate the neck along with a pink tulle boa to complement the look, followed by the black version of the same dress for an after party. The looks are inspired by the 1977 SuperStar Barbie doll’s 50th anniversary as well as an Armani Privé look from the FW22 collection. Robbie is a producer for the film “Barbie,” which won Best Cinematic and Box Office Achievement.  




Nominee Selena Gomez wore a custom Giorgio Armani Privé ruby red silk high neck, cut-out top featuring a pleated detail and black crystal embroidered flowers. The look is completed with a matching asymmetrical full skirt with a black waistband. Gomez was nominated for Best Performance by a Female Actor in a Television Series – Musical or Comedy for her role in “Only Murders in the Building.” 



Presenter Amanda Seyfried chose to wear a custom Giorgio Armani Privé black velvet, strapless column gown that features a vertical bow along the neckline with black and pink Swarovski crystals.  




Nominee Leonardo DiCaprio chose to wear a Giorgio Armani Made-to-Measure black one-button shawl collar tuxedo trimmed in grosgrain along with a white evening shirt and a bow tie. DiCaprio was nominated for Best Performance by a Male Actor in a Motion Picture – Drama for his role in “Killers of the Flower Moon.” 



Presenter and nominee Matt Damon wore a Giorgio Armani black two-button peak lapel tuxedo trimmed in grosgrain along with a white evening shirt and a bow tie. Damon was nominated for Best Performance by a Male Actor in a Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy for his role in “Air.” 


Nominee Robert De Niro wore a Giorgio Armani midnight blue one-button peak lapel tuxedo trimmed in satin along with a white evening shirt and a neck tie. De Niro was nominated for Best Performance by a Male Actor in a Supporting Role in any Motion Picture for his role in “Killers of the Flower Moon.” 




Nominee Charles Melton wore a Giorgio Armani Made-to-Measure navy blue double-breasted peak lapel tuxedo trimmed in grosgrain along with a white evening shirt and a bow tie. The tuxedo features a subtle tone-on-tone pattern. Melton was nominated for Best Performance by a Male Actor in a Supporting Role in any Motion Picture for his role in “May December.” 



Nominee Martin Scorsese wore a Giorgio Armani black one-button shawl collar tuxedo trimmed in satin along with a white evening shirt and a bow tie. Scorsese was nominated for Best Director – Motion Picture for directing “Killers of the Flower Moon.” 


Nominee and presenter Ben Affleck wore a Giorgio Armani midnight blue one-button peak lapel tuxedo trimmed in satin along with a white evening shirt and a bow tie. Affleck is the director of “Air,” which was nominated for Best Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy. 



Presenter and nominee Will Ferrell chose to wear a Giorgio Armani white one-button peak lapel dinner jacket trimmed in grosgrain along with a white evening shirt, black evening trousers and a bow tie. Ferrell is a producer for the film “May December,” which was nominated for Best Motion Picture – Musical or Comedy. 


Winner Finneas O’Connell wore a Giorgio Armani black and brown velvet double-breasted notch collar evening jacket trimmed in grosgrain along with a black evening shirt and black evening trousers. The jacket features a mini checkered pattern. O’Connell won Best Original Song in a Motion Picture for his song “What Was I Made For?” from the film, “Barbie.” 


Winner Tom Ackerley chose to wear a Giorgio Armani navy blue one-button peak lapel tuxedo trimmed in grosgrain along with a white evening shirt and a bow tie. Ackerley is a producer for the film “Barbie,” which won Best Cinematic and Box Office Achievement.  


Presenter Patrick J. Adams chose to wear a Giorgio Armani black two-button shawl collar tuxedo trimmed in grosgrain along with a black evening shirt and a bow tie.  


Jeremy O’Harris wore a Giorgio Armani navy blue two-button peak lapel tuxedo trimmed in satin along with a navy evening shirt and a bow tie.  


Michael Evans Behling chose to wear a Giorgio Armani gold one-button peak lapel dinner jacket trimmed in black grosgrain along with a white evening shirt, black trousers and a bow tie. The jacket features a grosgrain texture.
