Get a First Taste of Uchibā Miami at Uchi's Final Summer Dinner Series Date

Before Uchibā makes its Brickell debut this fall, Uchi Miami is giving diners a dedicated first look to taste what’s coming.
On Thursday, September 24, the Wynwood restaurant will host an exclusive 10-course collaboration with its soon-to-open sister concept for one night only, officially concluding the 2026 Summer Dinner Series. The evening will be hosted by James Beard Award-winning chef Tyson Cole, founder and owner of Uchi and Uchibā, who will bring his signature approach to Japanese cuisine to the special collaboration.
Taking place from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m., the intimate seating will preview Miami’s first Uchibā location. Diners can expect a menu blending Uchibā's izakaya-inspired dishes with Uchi classics, creating a one-night-only menu that showcases both concepts at one table.
The casual concept serving modern Japanese cuisine expands Hai Hospitality’s growing presence in the region, joining Uchiko (which launched in Miami Beach 2025) and Uchi (a staple since 2021).
Tickets for the final Summer Dinner Series date can be purchased here and are $150 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Reservations are required. With limited availability, this is one dinner worth getting on the calendar.
