The Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science is celebrating Valentine’s Day with a special edition of its popular Laser Evening series on Saturday, February 14. This event features a romantic program under the Frost Planetarium dome titled Laser Love: A Musical Journey.

The show combines immersive laser visuals with a curated soundtrack of love songs from various eras. Guests will hear tracks from Fleetwood Mac, Taylor Swift, and Billie Eilish. The musical lineup includes hits like "Love Story" and "Birds of a Feather," all synchronized with lights inside the 250-seat planetarium.
The museum’s Main Atrium will serve as a social hub until 10:00 p.m. Attendees can purchase light snacks and signature cocktails created by Constellation Culinary Group. The featured drinks include a fruit-forward red wine sangria and a Tizana fruit punch made with fresh watermelon and pineapple.
Tickets are priced at $15 for adults and $12 for children ages 4 to 11. Museum members are eligible for a 20 percent discount when booking through their accounts. Each ticket includes a pair of laser glasses for the performance. While online sales end one hour before showtime, visitors can buy remaining tickets at the museum up to 15 minutes before the start of the show.
Onsite parking is available in the museum garage for a flat rate of $8 starting at 6:00 p.m. Guests should note that laser shows involve bright, flashing lights that may affect those with light sensitivity. General museum exhibitions will close at 6:00 p.m. before the evening event begins.
