Frost Science Marks 9th Anniversary in Downtown Miami With New Exhibitions

The Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science will mark its ninth anniversary in Downtown Miami on May 8, highlighting the museum’s growth as a regional hub for science education, conservation, and immersive learning experiences.
Since opening in 2017, Frost Science has welcomed visitors to the Frost Planetarium, hands-on exhibits, and a three-level Aquarium that together emphasize the connections between people and the natural world. The museum’s programs are designed to spark curiosity in visitors of all ages and to deepen understanding of the environments they inhabit.
As part of its anniversary year, the museum will introduce several new offerings, including America250: Celebrating American Innovation, the debut of its first in-house Frost Science Studios planetarium production, and the exhibition Extreme Sports: Beyond Human Limits. These initiatives aim to showcase scientific innovation and human performance while engaging the community with new perspectives on science.
