Frost Science Launches Camp Curiosity at Ron Ehmann Park in Miami This Summer
The Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science will offer its Camp Curiosity program this summer at Ron Ehmann Park in South Dade, extending its hands-on science camp experience beyond its downtown Miami location.
Designed for children ages 5 to 9, the camp will run weekly from June 8 to August 7 at Ron Ehmann Park, 10995 SW 97th Ave, Miami, FL 33176. Each week will feature interactive science activities led by museum educators, outdoor exploration, and a field trip to the Frost Science museum, with themes that include space, robotics, and marine science.
Registration includes lunch and snacks, aftercare, a camp T-shirt, and four complimentary tickets to visit the Frost Science museum. Children must be at least 5 years old by the first day of camp.
Families can register online for Camp Curiosity at Ron Ehmann Park. Frost Science will also continue to offer its summer camp at the museum’s downtown Miami location for children ages 5 to 15.
Camp Curiosity, Powered by Frost Science, is hosted in collaboration with Miami-Dade County Parks, Recreation, and Open Spaces.
