Strawberry Moon has always drawn crowds with its scalloped cabanas, a mint-and-coral palette, the kind of scene that photographs itself. This season, the kitchen is giving guests a reason to pay as much attention to the plate as to the surroundings, with a refreshed menu that runs from late-morning bites through evening cocktails.

Breakfast leans into the indulgent side, headlined by a Dulce de Leche Waffle piled with banana, Chantilly cream and candied walnuts, alongside an Avocado & Sweet Potato Toast layered with feta, heirloom tomato and everything seasoning. Familiar staples remain, such as a Seaside Benedict topped with bluefin lump crabcake, a South Beach Lox plate with cream cheese, smoked salmon and roasted garlic vinaigrette.

Weekend brunch, served Saturdays and Sundays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., can be paired with $39 bottomless mimosas, rosé or Bloody Marys, adding the perfect touch to complete the mid-morning meal.
As the day carries on, the menu shifts toward dishes built for sharing. A Stracciatella Honey Pepperoni Flatbread and a Frita Burger topped with crispy potato sticks and guava ketchup anchor the poolside offerings, while Dirty Nachos and a platter of Crispy Chicken Wings are perfect for passing around between swims. Those looking for lighter fare can turn to a Green Goddess salad or the fruit-and-agave Tropical Sunshine Salad.

The bar program has expanded in step. A vodka-based Strawberry Moon cocktail, built with strawberry purée and St-Germain, sits alongside the Purple Reign, which pairs reposado tequila with butterfly pea-infused lavender. The Spicy Mango-Rita brings tequila, mezcal and habanero together for something with more edge, and classics like frozen Piña Coladas and Strawberry Margaritas round out the selection.

Parties of two to 10 can also book the Full Moon Experience on weekends, a $75 per person experience including a brunch entrée, a mimosa or Bloody Mary, and pool access through sundown. Locals can get in on the fun through the end of August, when Florida ID holders get 25% off across the new menu and all Strawberry Moon dining.
Together, the changes comprise familiar dishes refined and new items added with intention, still built around the same long, sun-soaked afternoons Strawberry Moon has always been known for.
