Fourth Annual Women’s Power Breakfast to Convene Leaders at the Ritz-Carlton

Founders Dayssi Olarte de Kanavos and Sophia Kanavos will host the fourth annual Women’s Power Breakfast on Friday, February 27. The event, held at The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach, will bring together over 400 female executives and leaders from the hospitality, sports, and beauty industries.

The Women’s Power Series (WPS) focuses on facilitating meaningful dialogue and highlighting the achievements of women in business. This year’s gathering features a high-profile panel including political strategist Ana Navarro-Cárdenas, beauty entrepreneur Laura Geller, and Purist founder Cristina Cuomo.

The program is designed to foster professional connections and address the evolving landscape for women across various sectors. The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach, serves as the backdrop for these discussions, reinforcing its role as a hub for significant community and corporate events in Miami.

The event programming features three distinct panels. The hospitality track includes "The Power of Experience: Women Building the Next Era of Iconic Hospitality." In the beauty and wellness sector, discussions center on "The New Aesthetic: Redefining Beauty & Wellness Through Purpose and Innovation." Finally, the sports segment highlights "Game Changers: Women Using Sports to Redefine Power and Purpose."
