It opens with a private oceanfront garden, a 300-square-foot pool, and gated access to the beach. Positioned within Seaway at The Surf Club, a restored 1936 oceanfront structure, the villa reflects a different scale than typical Miami Beach developments. It remains low and close to the water, preserving a direct connection to the shoreline.
