Four Seasons Hotel and Residences Fort Lauderdale announces the arrival of ViceVersa, the James Beard Foundation–nominated concept from acclaimed Miami bartender Valentino Longo, for “ViceVersa: A Fort Lauderdale Residency,” officially opening later this month. Running from late November through May, the experience invites guests and locals to enjoy ViceVersa’s signature Italian aperitivo culture infused with a South Florida twist.

The residency takes place in the hotel’s lobby bar, newly transformed to reflect Milanese elegance and modern Fort Lauderdale style. In the evening, the space evolves into a sleek, contemporary lounge featuring a curated soundtrack of Italian and American funky beats, offering an atmosphere that is both vibrant and relaxed.

For this debut residency, Valentino Longo presents a cocktail menu titled “Vacanza,” inspired by the Italian state of mind that celebrates the joy of vacation. The menu features inventive takes on classic cocktails, including:

  • Martini Doppio: A reimagined Gibson with vodka or gin, Americano Rosa, Tio Pepe, and pickled onions.

  • ViceVersa Negroni: A Florida-inspired twist on the classic, featuring Bombay Sapphire and ViceVersa’s Mi-To dolce amaro blend.

  • Beeswax Old Fashioned: A bold mix of bourbon, Cynar, Mr. Black, and walnut bitters.

  • Rita: A vibrant margarita crafted with Patron Blanco, mango, vermentino, lime, spicy agave, and Barolo wine.

Valentino Longo also created two exclusive spritzes for the Four Seasons:

  • White Wine Spritz: Italicus, peach, white wine, elderberry, and soda.

  • Coast to Coast: Aperol, coconut water, and prosecco.

ViceVersa adds to the Four Seasons Fort Lauderdale’s Michelin-recognized culinary lineup, which includes Evelyn’s Fort Lauderdale by Chef Brandon Salomon and MAASS by Chef Ryan Ratino. This new residency further cements the resort’s status as the epicenter of Fort Lauderdale’s dining and cocktail culture.
