Forté Development Commences Vertical Construction at its Forté Luxe Luxury Boutique Waterfront Community in Jupiter, Florida

Forté Development is pleased to announce that its luxury boutique waterfront community Forté Luxe, located in in Jupiter, Florida, has commenced vertical construction in partnership with KAST Construction. Serving as the project’s general contractor, KAST Construction continues to advance development efforts as the community takes shape.

Offering 15 multi-level residences on an exceptional and unique peninsula surrounded on three sides by beautiful Intracoastal Waterway views, Forté Luxe is expected to be completed in summer 2026. 

Ranging from 3,550 to over 5,074 square feet of living area, residences will feature floor-to-ceiling windows, expansive private terraces, rooftop decks, private garage parking and direct elevator access.
