Coastal Convention Center – Now Open
The 45,000-square-foot Coastal Convention Center expands the resort’s event space to 245,000 square feet. It includes 15 meeting rooms, a 16,500-square-foot ballroom, a 9,500-square-foot junior ballroom, 15,000 square feet of pre-function space, and 9,000 square feet of outdoor space, including a rooftop terrace. Easter Brunch at Mirabella
Mirabella by Chef Michael White is hosting a special brunch buffet for Easter Sunday from 11 a.m. through 3 p.m. The buffet features Chef White’s celebrated dishes, such as Hamachi, Salmon, and Tuna Crudos; House-Made Pasta including Lumache with vodka sauce and Cavatelli with pomodoro sauce; a Branzino carving station, a raw bar, salami station, and egg station serving the finest flavors of land and sea. Guests may enhance their experience with beverage options such as bottomless mimosas and a “build your own” Bloody Mary, Bloody Maria, Aperol Spritz, or St. Germain Hugo Spritz station for an additional $35. Fontainebleau’s Egg-stravaganza
Fontainebleau Miami Beach will host an egg hunt on the Sea Green Lawn from 1 p.m. through 3 p.m. Easter egg hunts for kids 6 and under will start at 1 p.m., and 2 p.m. for kids ages 7 through 10. Family friendly activities such as arts and crafts and face painting will also be available for guests to enjoy during the celebration.

The Cellar 1954 series welcomes the world-class wine showcase at Fontainebleau Miami Beach’s Prime 54, on Friday, March 28th at 7 p.m. This wine showcase features a multi-course pairing dinner curated by Executive Chef Michael Paley. Indulge in wines from Napa Valley and beyond, including Champagne Jacquesson, MAXEM, and renowned Cabernet Sauvignons from Eisele Vineyard and Memento Mori Winery. El Negocio Tequila Reposado, a groundbreaking spirit aged in Memento Mori’s 100-point French oak barrels, will also be served. This dinner is $250 per person and reservations can be made online.

Sunday Suppers – Starting March 16
On Sunday, March 16, Fontainebleau Miami Beach introduces Mirabella's Sunday Suppers. This brand-new dining experience blends the comfort of classic Italian family dinners with the coastal elegance of Chef Michael White's cuisine. The prix fixe menu is served family-style and features dishes such as House-Made Focaccia with olive oil, balsamic and herbs; Eggplant Parmigiana with crispy fried eggplant, burrata and basil crema; Meatballs and Ricotta with tomato braised beef meatballs and whipped ricotta; Rigatoni A La Vodka with pancetta, peas, and spicy vodka sauce; Pork Chops Scarpariello with vinegar peppers, potatoes, and lemon; and Sunday Gravy with Lumache Pasta, meatballs, sweet fennel sausage, ricotta and basil. Dessert includes classics such as Cannoli with ricotta Impastato, chocolate chips, and powdered sugar, and Tiramisu with lady fingers, espresso and mascarpone. Sunday Supper is $60 per person.
