Five Iron Golf is making a major move into Florida, announcing plans to open 12 new locations in the state. The expansion, the company’s largest franchise agreement to date, is led by existing franchisees Peter McCormick and Alex Zega, who successfully operate the brand’s Louisville venue.
The duo plans to launch their first Florida location in Miami by late 2025, followed by openings in major markets such as Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, and Fort Lauderdale. Smaller cities, including Boca Raton, Coconut Grove, and St. Petersburg, are also slated for development in the coming years.

Five Iron Golf, known for its innovative indoor golf technology and vibrant social venues, caters to both serious players and those seeking a fun night out. Each location features Trackman simulators, a lively sports bar, and flexible event spaces for casual and corporate gatherings alike.

Since launching its franchise program in 2023, Five Iron Golf has rapidly expanded, opening locations across North America, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia. This Florida expansion follows recent openings in Dubai, Singapore, and the U.S., with more on the horizon in Missouri, Texas, and New York.
