Florida Grand Opera has extended its subscription renewal deadline by one week to give current subscribers additional time to secure their seats for the upcoming season.
Subscribers are now asked to renew by July 20 to guarantee their seats as the company prepares a new season of grand opera in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. The company notes that renewing ensures continued access to full productions featuring live orchestra, principal artists, and full staging.
Florida Grand Opera emphasizes that subscriptions form the financial foundation of its work, although ticket revenue covers only about 30 percent of production costs. Additional donor support helps fund world-class artists and behind-the-scenes crews, as well as education and outreach programs that bring opera to students, veterans, individuals with disabilities, and underserved communities across South Florida.
