MATADOR ROOM at The Miami Beach EDITION warmly welcomes you to taste the sophisticated palette of the carefully curated Miami Spice menu this year for both Brunch and Dinner. Inspired by its rich history and 1950s glamor, world-renowned Chef Jean-George Vongerichten has reinvented the iconic MATADOR ROOM with reimagined menus that offer his interpretation of Caribbean, Spanish, and Latin and South American cuisines. For brunch, enjoy Avocado Toast on seven grain bread or the Cinco Jotas Ham and Manchego Cheese Fritters. For mains, try Summer Squash and Squash Blossom, Sungold Tomato Sauce, Ricotta Cheese Pizza or Coconut Pancakes with Grapefruit and Lavender Maple Syrup. Indulge Cookie Plate Salted Chocolate Chip, Dulce de Leche Alfajor or a House Made Nutella Croissant, with Toasted Hazelnut.
At MATADOR ROOM's Miami Spice dinner, savor appetizers like the Maitake Mushroom and Goat Cheese with Fresno Pepper Vinaigrette, or the Hamachi Crudo with Aji Amarillo, Corn Nuts, Lime Cilantro. For entrees, enjoy the Charred Octopus “A La Plancha,” Romesco Sauce, and Kohlrabi Slaw, or the Arroz con Pollo featuring crackling skin and lemon zest. Finish with desserts such as the Warm Valrhona Chocolate Cake with vanilla ice cream or the Churros, Cinnamon Sugar, Chocolate Sauce. Each dish embodies Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten's fusion of Latin and Caribbean flavors, promising a memorable dining experience.

Following the success in its inaugural year, Bellini, the beloved Italian-inspired rooftop restaurant located at the iconic Mr. C Miami- Coconut Grove, is once again participating in Miami Spice for both lunch and dinner. Enjoy breathtaking views of Miami’s sparkling Biscayne Bay while sampling iconic dishes such as Veal Polpettine, Cavatelli with Yellow Tomato Sauce and the Panna Cotta al Caffe with the $35 Miami Spice Lunch Special; or tuck into the Fried Mozzarella in Carrozza, Beef Milanesa alla Parmigiana, Spaghetti Alle Vongole, Tiramisu and the iconic vanilla gelato with the $60 Miami Spice Dinner Special.
From the minds of Ignazio and Maggio Cipriani, a fourth-generation hotelier family, Bellini’s renowned Italian cuisine brings a contemporary edge to much-loved traditional favorites, as well as features classic Cipriani dishes. With world-class gastronomy and an elegant, sophisticated atmosphere, Bellini seamlessly encapsulates Modernist Miami with the La Dolce Vita lifestyle of Italy.

La Grande Boucherie- Miami
Nestled in the heart of South of Fifth, La Grande Boucherie debuts its very first year participating in Miami Spice with enchanting menus for brunch and dinner. Surrounded by flourishing gardens and rich textures, guests can indulge in a meal where refined dishes, Parisian charm, and sophistication come together for an unforgettable experience.
Featuring a special Miami Spice Brunch menu available for $35pp, indulge in hors d’oeuvres including Salade Pastèque and Salade de Betteraves and delight in delicious specials like Eggs Benedict, Le Croque Madame and Crevettes Linguine, ending with dessert options of Soupe Froide aux Abricots and Mini Madeleines.
La Grande Boucherie will also be offering a delectable Miami Spice dinner menu, accessibly priced for $60pp including standout dishes including Soupe à L’Oignon, Saumon Rôti and Poulet Rôti, concluding with the choice of Soupe Froide aux Abricots or Cherry Clafoutis. Whether it’s day or night while enveloping in the lush tropical garden, laid back brasserie floor or glamorous upper level with a seductive atmosphere, both menus are carefully curated to create a one-of-a-kind dining experience that seamlessly blends timeless French sophistication with Miami’s dynamic energy.
In support of Camillus House, every La Grande Boucherie Miami Spice menu will feature a scannable QR code, where diners can donate directly to the organization to help provide daily meals, emergency shelter, and life-changing services for Miami’s homeless.

Mondrian South Beach invites you to dine at Baia Beach Club during this year’s highly anticipated Miami Spice. Enjoy a carefully crafted three-course dinner menu developed with fresh and locally sourced ingredients, while taking in the spectacular views of the waterfront oasis. Locals and guests can savor these creations for $60pp. For your first course, appetizers will include options such as Hummus Verde, Andalusian Gem Salad, Beef Crudo, Tartare Di Tonno. Following the appetizers, guests can enjoy delectable entrees like Iberian Hanger Steak, Branzino Piccante,Tagliolini Alla Costiera, Tuscan Chicken. To close out the meal, on a sweet note with the choice of Chocolate Tart made with Chocolate Ganache, Hazelnut, Pastry Cream or a creamy citrus forward Orange Blossom Flan.

LPM lovers and newcomers alike can intimately familiarize themselves with the hallmarks of the French Mediterranean concept, enjoying a variety of delightful dishes, accessibly priced, discovering something new each time.
Enjoy dishes ranging from CALAMARS FRITS (Crispy Squids with Paprika and Green Chili) and FILET D E DAURADE A U CITRON (Sea Bream Filet Baked with Provençal Herbs and Lemon), to the fan favorites SALADE DE MAÏS ET POMME GRENADE (Sweet Corn Salad with Pomegranate and Herbs) and COQUELET AU CITRON CONFIT (Marinated Baby Chicken). Mother Wolf Miami, the celebrated culinary gem in Miami’s Design District, marks its Miami Spice debut with two thoughtfully crafted seasonal menus inspired by the rich and soulful traditions of Rome. Helmed by two-time James Beard nominated chef Evan Funke and in collaboration with Ten Five Hospitality, guests can indulge in signature dishes at an irresistible price while immersing in the elegant ambiance as the sights, sounds, and flavors of Rome collide.
For the month of August, savor soulful classics like Burrata E Crudo, Insalata Di Polipo, Tonnarelli Cacio E Pepe and Fusilli All’Arrabbiata, ending with the delicious Tiramisu or Anguria E Campari Sorbetto - a refreshing watermelon & Campari treat. In September, the Miami Spice excitement continues with a fresh lineup of dishes featuring La Panzanella, Battuta Di Manzo, Rigatoncini Al Cinghiale, and a return of the beloved Tonnarelli Cacio E Pepe, to be finished with either their classic Tiramisu or Mango E Agrumi Sorbetto (mango & citrus).
Each menu celebrates hyper-seasonal ingredients and showcases the timeless artistry of Roman cuisine, transporting diners straight to the Eternal City—no passport required.

Ascend the staircase to Serena, Moxy South Beach’s rooftop bar and restaurant that channels the enchanting, alfresco patio dining of Oaxaca and Mexico City. Featuring a vibrant, lushly planted terrace, guests can take in the laid-back yet sophisticated vibe perfect for celebrating Miami Spice. Known for shareable dishes and a mod take on Latin and Mexican cuisine, Serena will be offering specialty dinner and brunch menus all Spice long. Serena’s menu is designed to be served “para compartir,” to share, and features tantalizing signature dinner plates like Ceviche Verde, Cochinita Pibil Tacos and a flavorful Carne Asada for an +$15. Enjoy delectable brunch options like the sweet Tres Leches French Toast and Churros and Champurrado or indulge in savory selections like the Breakfast Skillet with Ham, Chilaquiles con Huevos, or the Taco Salad. Enjoy Serena’s special Miami Spice menus as chilled-out tunes emanate from the DJ booth, stationed beneath a neon sign reading "LA ULTIMA Y NOS VAMOS" ("Last one and we're leaving").
