A new waterfront development in Fort Lauderdale is blending residential living with the world of luxury yachting. Riva Residenze, the first-ever condominium branded by the iconic Italian yacht maker Riva, has just released its first set of interior renderings.
Primary and Secondary Bathrooms: Elegant spaces featuring warm wood paneling, marble surfaces, premium fixtures, and expansive windows overlooking the ocean.
Cabana/Secondary Bedroom: A beautifully designed space with soft tones, natural wood accents, and custom storage, providing a peaceful retreat that mirrors the elegance of the primary bedroom.
The 20-story building is being developed by WellDuo, Vertical Developments, and GCF Development. With just 36 residences, the project aims to capture the look and feel of a superyacht — but on land. Architecturally designed by Arquitectonica and with interiors led by yacht designer Giuseppina Arena, the building draws directly from Riva’s signature aesthetic: sleek lines, rich wood finishes, and a calm, neutral palette inspired by the sea.
Gym: A state-of-the-art fitness area with expansive windows, wood details, and modern equipment, offering both functionality and a view of the water.
From the moment residents enter the building, the influence is clear. The ground floor features an entry experience designed to evoke a yacht deck. Inside the residences, details like marble surfaces, custom wood paneling, and wide ocean-facing windows carry the nautical theme throughout. Common areas, including the lobby and lounge, feature furniture custom-made by Italian luxury group Formitalia.
